Important notice about your Debit, ATM or Credit Card
We are currently completing an important upgrade to our new card platform. This upgrade will provide enhanced card services, improved fraud monitoring, and an even better Member experience.
As we complete the conversion, some members may temporarily experience issues using their Debit, ATM or Credit Card. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through these temporary system issues.
What you need to do:
- Please call the automated system 800-290-7893 to set or reset your card's PIN.
- You may keep your existing PIN—we simply need to establish it within the new card system.

Our team is actively assisting Members and will get your card working as quickly as possible.
